FHS Outloud is a student based podcast project in partnership with the FHS Blazer. Each essay was written and recorded by Flushing students interested in sharing their story. We hope you enjoy.

Here’s us explaining our project:

Vivian Isaac – 12th grade – I believe in courage.

Spencer Chappell – 12th grade – I believe in the power of brotherhood.

Jack Wheatley – 11th grade – I believe in Public Radio

Ethan Dupuis – 12th grade – I believe in driving fifty miles for a movie.

Diamond Stocker – 12th grade – I believe in the power of the color of my skin.

Amber Stevens – 9th grade – I believe in road trips.

Allison Paschack – 9th grade – I believe in the importance of red lights.

Joshua Jones – 9th Grade – I believe in learning from my ancestors.

Julia Ishak – 12th grade – I believe in that if I have faith in Jesus Christ, he will give me the strength and hope I need to survive my toughest times.

Molly Mitchell – 9th grade – If I have a brother, I’ll always have a friend.
